When you join early access

We save your work email, company name, whether you use Jobber, and any optional customer-count and service-type answers. We also record the signup date, the headline you saw, campaign tags and the referring website’s origin. We use this information to arrange interviews, understand which businesses Field Pace could help, and contact you about early access.

Joining early access does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We do not connect to your Jobber account or collect your customers’ information through this form.

Optional analytics

If you allow analytics, Vercel Web Analytics records page visits and aggregate traffic statistics. We remove query strings and fragments from the page URLs we send. We do not send form answers or custom events to Vercel Analytics.

If you allow analytics, PostHog records page visits, selected interactions, and session replays to help us understand where this page is useful or confusing. We mask form inputs, exclude your email and company name from analytics events, remove query strings from recorded page URLs, and do not create identified visitor profiles.

You can leave analytics off and still sign up. Your preference is saved in your browser. If you allow analytics, PostHog also stores a browser identifier. You can change your choice here: Analytics preferences.

Where information goes

Vercel hosts this website. Neon stores early-access leads. Vercel Analytics and PostHog receive optional analytics when you allow them. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for spam when enabled. Access to signup details is limited to the people working on Field Pace and the services needed to run it.

If you follow a booking link, the scheduling provider handles that visit under its own privacy notice. We do not put your email address or other form answers into the booking URL.

Spam protection and retention

To limit repeated submissions, we keep short-lived counters tied to a daily salted hash of the requesting IP address. Our lead database does not store the raw address. The counters expire after 24 hours and are removed as submissions are processed.

We keep lead details while following up about interviews or early access, and periodically review inactive leads for removal. Private exports and encrypted backups support follow-up and recovery; they must be handled with the same care as the database.

Your information, your choice

You can ask us to correct or delete your signup details, or stop contacting you. Write to office@fieldpace.app.
